Shipping policy

Order processing

In-stock parcel orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Orders requiring fraud review, address clarification, special handling, freight service, or local-delivery scheduling may require additional time. We will contact the customer if action is required.

Delivery estimates

Standard parcel delivery is generally estimated at 3–7 business days after carrier acceptance. Expedited, oversized, freight, or scheduled-delivery estimates are shown at checkout or confirmed directly with the customer. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise.

If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe—or, when no timeframe was stated, within the period required by applicable law—we will send a delay notice and provide the legally required choice to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund.

Shipping charges and service area

Available services and charges are calculated at checkout based on destination, product, package, and delivery method. Some oversized, fragile, hazardous, or location-restricted products may be available only for local pickup or separately arranged delivery. We do not ship to an address or destination that the selected carrier or applicable law does not support.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete deliverable address. Contact info@arbitozcapital.com immediately about an address error. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins. Additional costs caused by an incorrect or undeliverable address may be charged where permitted by law.

Tracking, damage, and loss

Tracking is provided when available. Carrier scans and delivery estimates can be delayed. If a package is lost, materially delayed, or arrives damaged, contact info@arbitozcapital.com with the order number. For damage, preserve all packaging and photographs so we can investigate and pursue the carrier claim. Nothing in this section limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available only when offered for the product and selected at checkout. Wait for the Ready for pickup notification before traveling to the pickup location. Bring the order confirmation and government-issued identification matching the pickup contact. An authorized alternate pickup person must be arranged with Arbitoz Capital in advance. Pickup hours, location instructions, and any item-specific loading requirements are provided in the pickup notification.

Inspect the package and confirm the item identity at pickup. The written return and refund policy continues to apply to pickup orders.
