Each listing uses a consistent condition grade and calls out included items, missing accessories, testing status, packaging, and known defects where applicable.
Where do orders ship from?
Orders are prepared at our Kearny, New Jersey facility. Tracking is provided when the selected shipping service supports it.
Can I visit the warehouse?
Warehouse visits are by appointment only. We cannot accommodate unscheduled public visits.
Are all products tested?
No. The testing status shown on each product is specific to that item. We do not describe an item as tested unless the listed inspection was completed.
