Refund policy

All sales final

Arbitoz Capital sells unique, limited-quantity, open-box, pre-owned, tested, and as-is merchandise. Except where applicable law requires otherwise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, compatibility issues that were disclosed or reasonably ascertainable before purchase, cosmetic condition shown or described in the listing, or defects expressly disclosed before purchase.

Products identified as For Parts or Repair, As Is, or with disclosed defects are final sale based on the condition stated in the product listing. This does not limit remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Incorrect, materially misdescribed, or transit-damaged orders

Contact info@arbitozcapital.com promptly if you receive an item different from the item ordered, the item is materially inconsistent with its written condition report, or the item arrives damaged in transit.

For transit damage, contact us preferably within 48 hours of delivery and retain the item, packaging, shipping label, and packing materials. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. A delayed report does not waive any right that cannot legally be waived.

Do not ship an item back without written return instructions. If a claim is approved, Arbitoz Capital will provide the applicable remedy, which may include a prepaid return, repair where appropriate, replacement where available, or refund to the original payment method. Original and return shipping treatment will follow applicable law and the circumstances of the approved claim.

Cancellations and shipping delays

Order-cancellation requests are not guaranteed after an order is accepted. If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will provide any delay notice, revised shipment date, cancellation opportunity, and refund required by applicable law.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method after the applicable review or authorized return is completed. Banks and payment providers may require additional time to post the credit.
